Best Recipe for Boiled Peanuts

Here’s my recipe which I’ve been testing and using for years:
For every 2 lbs of raw peanuts add 1/2 cup of Kosher Salt, 1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar and 2 cinnamon sticks. Cook on high for 24 hours in a crock pot or slow cooker. Taste a couple of your peanuts and add more salt or vinegar as needed to your own taste. Keep on Warm for another 24 hours or until they are the texture you like. Store in the refrigerator until ready to eat. Heat back up in the microwave or let them heat up naturally in the sun in a zip lock bag. Enjoy!
