Yes, you can freeze green peanuts. You can also freeze boiled peanuts.

If you don't boil green peanuts immediately, it is particularly important to refrigerate or freeze them. Moist peanuts can develop mold if they are not refrigeratored or frozen.

Aspergillus flavus, and Aspergillus parasiticus are common molds which can produce aflatoxin when green peanuts are stored without refrigeration or freezing.

Can I use Cajun seasoning for my flavor in boiled peanuts? I also see that they need to cook for 2.5 hours is that correct? But at what a rapid boil or low boil?

When you buy green peanuts in their bag and freeze them what temperature does your deep freezer need to be? Or the setting of the freezer to keep them fresh until you boil them. I am trying to start a business and need some help.
