Mold in Boiled Raw Peanuts

I am allergic to the mold on peanuts. But I am also an Organic Gardener. If I boil the peanuts fresh out of the ground will that keep them from molding? If I pull them out of the ground and freeze them and then boil them later will that keep them from molding?
