I love to add a little bit of Tuong Ot Toi Vietnamese Chili Garlic Sauce to any spicy dish. It gives a little vinegar tang and a lot of heat!

Vietnamese Chili

You can find this and MANY MANY other chili pastes with as many combinations as you can imagine. Visit your nearby Asian food store or even try Amazon.

I make my own pepper paste with Thai green chilis, garlic, and lemon juice. It's a potent mix.

Haven't tried it with the boiled peanuts yet, but plan to soon. I make our family's asian rib sauce with it and cook ribs, chicken, or any kinda pork. Have had many requests for bottles of my sauce, haha.

Point is, there are many Asian food stores out there and they always have great stuff.
