When do you boil peanuts to sell?

If you're boiling peanuts to sell, when do you start boiling them? Surely, you can't wait until you set up your stand. If it takes from 6 to 24 hours for them to be ready, you'll sit there all day with nothing to sell and end up taking them all home. What is your schedule for cooking? Thanks.

 Boiling peanuts to sell

Boil them a day or two before you sell them. Cool them down and put in refrigerator or freezer take them out the day you're going to sell them and just keep them heated.
